My name is Houston Martin; I am the Internet Sales Manager and Sam's son-in-law.
When a customer, like yourself, emails or calls me in reference to a vehicle on my lot, it's usually from within a 250 mile radius although, I have sold as far as Wyoming, Los Angeles and Minnesota. Typically, I get a lot of folks from Nashville, Memphis, Birmingham, New Orleans, St. Louis & Atlanta purchasing cars.

Purchasing a vehicle via the internet can be a bit intimidating, especially if its your first time, which is why every unit on my lot has undergone a vigorous inspection by my service manager. This inspections includes brakes, tires, tire pressure, battery life, belts, hoses, oil pressure, as well as changing of the oil regardless if it is due. All of our units are "frontline ready," meaning once purchased, the customer needs do nothing but change the oil in 3,000 miles. As far as the condition of the vehicles, I personally go over each unit and take the pictures posted online. We try to bring each unit up to par in regards to interior & exterior condition and appearance. Roger, our detail guy extraordinaire, is the best around and has been with us for over 40 years!

If a particular vehicle has a remaining factory warranty, you can rest assured that any problems to occur that are covered under said warranty will be taken care of for the duration of the warranty.

If a vehicle is purchased and its original factory warranty has expired and there are issues, we deal with those on a case-by-case basis (i.e., if the problem at hand is something that we the dealer should've been responsible for, we will make it right).

We offer service contracts through a company backed by Zurich that can reinstate the vehicle's original factory warranty for a duration up to 5 years from the date you purchase the vehicle from us and up to 100,000 miles.

We also offer generous financing rates through Chase & GMAC that, with approved credit, start as low as 4.99% and up to 72 months. My wife, Lindsey, handles the financing and service contracts for our dealership; she is also the daughter of Sam, the owner.

As far as pricing goes, I scour the internet weekly to ensure that our prices are as competetively and resonibly priced as we can stand. Once the customer and I reach an agreement on the price of a vehicle/trade of a vehicle, the rest is relatively easy. Taxes are only charged to Mississippi residents, there is a $189 documentation fee (which all dealers have and are typically in the $250-$450 range) and we do offer a delivery service for around $200 if the customer cannot make the drive to us (delivery fee varies based on how far I've got to send my drivers). We accept cash, checks (certified & personal), and financing; paperwork can be overnighted to you if need be.
